Esquire House, ltd. is a boutique firm owned and operated by one attorney.  Larger firms operate by indiscriminately signing clients and then randomly assigning your case to an associate, who is required to bill a certain number of hours in order to keep his or her job. This billing-centered approach results in clients being over charged and associates being over-worked. You will end up paying more money for a worse result.  

At Esquire House, Suzanne Marsh operates under a client-centered approach. All clients are vetted to make sure they are the right fit for the firm. Because Suzanne operates independently, she is free to bill your case accurately without worrying about keeping her job. And because she accepts only a small number of exclusive clients, your case will always receive the amount of time, care, and attention it truly deserves. 

Suzanne Marsh is an experienced trial attorney.  She began her career as a prosecutor, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and handled trials in all types of cases, from DUIs to first degree murder cases. She also has several years of  experience practicing family law, both in Pueblo and with large firms in Colorado Springs.  In addition to her private caseload, Suzanne works as a Guardian ad Litem and Counsel for Youth, representing children in court who are going through dependency and neglect cases, truancy, or guardianship issues. 

Suzanne is a Pueblo native and graduate of Centennial High School. She has two bachelors degrees from the University of Denver and earned her law degree from the Sturm College of Law at DU.
